What is the future of IT? And more importantly, how can you stay ahead in these fast-changing times? We asked ourselves these questions during Connected Future, the first big Colabo event of 2024.
As you know, it is more important than ever to have a future-proof IT infrastructure. It can significally improve your business, heighten your productivity, and boost your profit. Innovating your IT infrastructure is no longer a nice-to-have, it’s a must. That is why we brought together Oracle experts from the Cronos group. They showed us a glimpse of the future, while tackling topics like AI, BI, integration cloud, self-service platforms, database security, and so much more… As cherry on top, we invited Martijn de Grunt, Lead GenAI Specialist at Oracle.
On Tuesday the 23rd of April, we all brought our expertise together at Vestar in Antwerp, a place where inspiration and comfort thrive. More than 100 business professionals met up with IT experts. After an inspiring introduction from Dirk Deroost from Cronos, Pascal Van Meerbergen from Colabo and Jan Ronsse from Oracle, Martijn de Grunt took to the stage. During his keynote, he explained the possibilities of GenAI, its advantages and the Oracle AI stack. We explored examples of real-life situations and how AI can empower enterprises from day to day. It was the perfect warm-up, and the tone was set for the rest of the afternoon.
After a small networking and introductory moment, accompanied by a delicious lunch, the Cronos competence centers put their experts forward. Each presenting a keynote session on their field of expertise. In between sessions, we provided a moment for relaxation and networking. It was also the perfect opportunity to talk with the experts, ask questions and follow demonstrations.
We concluded Connected Future with a reception to give our minds a break after all that listening and learning. Visitors left with a goodiebag and lots of inspiration. What more do you need?
